Here’s what you can expect from this episode:

You don't need to be the biggest agent in your market to become the one everyone knows. You just need to give people a reason to remember you. And in an industry where everyone is fighting for attention, sometimes the best way to stand out is to stop doing what every other agent is doing.

In this episode, I'm sitting down with LA real estate agent and social media coach Andrew Jevin to talk about what it actually takes to become known in a highly competitive market. We're getting into why relocation content is one of the best types of content agents can be posting, how to identify the markets your future clients are moving from, and how to use Instagram to get in front of people who don't even know you exist yet.

We're also talking about something I will always stand behind, which is the power of building genuine relationships with other agents. Because having other agents following you, engaging with your content, and shouting your name in rooms you're not in is a HUGE opportunity for referrals. Andrew also shares how he's built a personal brand around his personality, interests, and local community, and why being memorable matters so much more than chasing followers, likes, or views.

And honestly, if you've been overthinking your content, comparing yourself to other agents, or feeling like you're just another face in a saturated market, this conversation is going to be such a good reminder that you don't have to be everything to everyone. You can build a business around who you are, create content that makes people feel connected to you, and stay top of mind long before someone is ready to buy or sell. So if you're ready to attract more clients, generate more referrals, and become the go-to agent in your market, hit play and let's get into it.

More about Above Asking:

Most real estate podcasts tell you what to post—the trends, the templates, the strategies everyone swears by. Above Asking is different. This is a perspective-driven show for the next-gen real estate agent who wants to build a brand that stands out by learning how to think, not just what to do.

If you're showing up, posting consistently, doing all the things, but you're starting to wonder if any of this is actually going to work, you're in the right place. Everyone's giving you the what. Nobody's teaching you the how. So you're out here with no real strategy behind any of it, and it's way harder than it looked.
